2 Piercing & Forming 160 Tons Functional holes and partial forming features are completed in the same stage. Tool alignment and punch precision are critical.
3 Tapping M3 x 2 Two threaded holes are tapped. Thread quality and hole tolerance are controlled within ±0.01 mm.
4 L-Bending 200 Tons Main bending process forms the bracket profile. Bending angle and springback are carefully monitored.
5 Final Forming 200 Tons Secondary bending and shape correction are performed to meet final geometry requirements.
6 PEM Fastener Insertion Auxiliary Process Press-fit nuts or studs are installed according to assembly requirements.
7 Surface Cleaning Auxiliary Process Degreasing and cleaning remove oil, dust, and stamping residue before inspection.
8 Quality Inspection Auxiliary Process Full inspection of dimensions, thread quality, bend angle, and surface appearance. Nonconforming parts are removed.
9 Packaging Auxiliary Process Custom protective packaging is used to prevent scratches and deformation during transport.
